Meet the team…

Dr. Caroline Binsbacher, PT, DPT

Hi! My name is Caroline Binsbacher. I moved to St. Louis in 2005 to go to St. Louis University. I graduated in 2009 with my bachelor’s degree and in 2011 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. It was at SLU that my passion for pelvic health started. Since then, I have worked at an outpatient hospital-based clinic treating pelvic health and orthopedic patients. With recent changes in health care, I decided that insurance-based practice isn’t the best way to deliver excellent, holistic patient care. So, I have opened my own pelvic health physical therapy clinic. And here we are!

Besides being a physical therapist, I am a wife to a firefighter and a mom of three wonderful children. When I’m not running the kids around or trying to keep up with housework, I like to exercise, work in my garden and with my houseplants, and read.

What people are saying about Flourish…

“Dr. Binsbacher is wonderful and her knowledge and skills are above the rest! I have been dealing with hip and tailbone pain for 6 years and pursued many avenues for relief. Her physical therapy techniques are the only thing that have brought any relief, and it has made a huge difference in my quality of life.”

-Elizabeth M.

“Caroline is an amazing PT! She is thorough, knowledgeable, very kind, and helps really zero in on what’s going on. I feel like I am finally progressing with some of the postpartum challenges (diastasis and back pain) I was having. I’m so happy to have found her and her office!”

-Holly H.

“Highly recommend Dr. Binsbacher for pelvic floor therapy. She is caring, compassionate and does a great job of listening to concerns and addressing them. I am 3 weeks in (1appt per week) and noticing a huge difference. Wish I would have done this sooner.”

-Julia W.
